If so you've come to the right place. My name is Ken Brown and I've been working with clients for 9 years, 5 1/2 of which have been in the as a salaried reflexologist in the NHS for Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation trust.
Most people don't like feet or can't understand how I can work with feet all day!! I just find them fascinating! 7,500 nerve endings, 26 bones not forgetting ligaments and tendons all mapped onto reflexolgy footcharts and we just stick them in a pair of shoes everyday and wonder why they hurt when we get home!!
As they say "Knowledge is power" so this site will provide you with all that you need to know about Reflexology. I've written it with you in mind and not relied on someone else to do my dirty work so if you think it's great or feel that it could be better please tell me what I need to do to make sure the sites the best it can be!

Practice Philosophy
The philosophy behind my practice is that the needs of my clients come before what I want as a practitioner. If you try reflexology and think that's it's not for you then in my view at least I've been able to spend some time with you and help you expereince what reflexology feels like. I never force my treatment on anyone. You need to be in the right place as a client to receive treatment and you also need to be with the right practitioner for you.
