Our practice offers you a private, relaxed and comforting environment. We make use of scented candles and aromatherapy oils to help enhance your treatments. We carry a wide selection of CD's so that you can choose the type of music that you want to relax to . If we haven't got a CD to suit you for your treatment then we'll have it there for you next time.

Home Visits:

If you'd prefer not to have to make a visit to our practice then why not give me a call and discusss a possible home visit as I also offer clients treatments in the comfort of their own home. The benefit of this to you as a client is that you haven't got to drive home after your treatment, or wait for your car to warm up in cold weather. You're already at home and it's me that comes to you!

On-site Workplace Visits:

Why not break the mold and offer your staff an on-site treatment service that will help them combat their work related stress? More and more companies are experiencing long bouts of illness due to stress and as a result have workforces that are demotivated and not fit and healthy.

As I mentioned above myself and a group of colleagues can be drafted in to your workplace or event to provide your employees/delegates with a tailored on-site service. Treatment lengths can be as short as 10 minutes with the norm being 30 minutes for this type of experience. I have delivered a number of workshops and talks for different organisations including Breast Cancer Care - Sheffield and the NHS in Rotherham.

These sessions can run alongside a conference or away-day and give participants a general overview of reflexology as well as some basic self help techniques they can use themselves. Each participant will also experience a short reflexology treatment so that they can decide for themselves if the treatment is appropriate for them.

If you fancy a slightly longer term programme of talks in your workplace or for your evening group Katrina and I have also designed an 8 module course on a variety of different complementary therapies and conditions. This includes Osteopathy, Reiki, Homeoepathy, Chirporactors, Shiatsu, Massage and Aromatherapy.
